Latest Survey Results Are In!

In a continuous effort to serve our customers well and to meet their needs and expectations, Domain Match Makers regularly runs customer service surveys via SurveyMonkey.

In so doing, we are able to monitor how our customers are feeling and respond quickly if a problem arises.

We believe in transparency. So, we intend to regularly post the survey results to this blog. Not only will we be posting the positive responses, but also the not-so-positive responses.

The following results are taken directly from our most recent survey which ran on February 24, 2011:
